Intel Products Vietnam and the Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on business ethics and rules of conduct in a bid to enhance the transparency of the investment environment in SHTP.
At the August 14 signing ceremony, both Intel Products Vietnam General Manager Rich Howarth and head of the SHTP Management Board, Nguyen Dinh Mai, committed to abide strictly by the Vietnamese Anti-Corruption Law by detecting and preventing corruption and bribery.
General Manager Rich Howarth said, “…the MoU will help Intel Products Vietnam increase its competitiveness and the effectiveness of its business in Vietnam.”
Besides Intel, “SHTP will encourage other investors in the Park to implement similar agreements in order to help build a favorable and transparent investment environment in SHTP and increase its competitive edge”, said SHTP’s Mai Nguyen.
