My thoughts on ...
The skills I often see lacking in the EMS industry today
A very important skill is the ability to comply with the clients production and quality requirements while maintaining low costs of production and thus giving a full package of benefits for the OEMs. today many manufacturers have to decide between low cost production and quality and IP rights protection, and this should not be the case.

What I think about some of the emerging EMS markets or regions
I think that the city of Caborca is a very important emerging region because it has more advantages than your regular Mexican city, mainly in costs matters but also on quality and production.

What I think about low-cost manufacturing
I believe that low cost manufacturing does not mean bad quality, in fact and in my experience in this company, we have produced low cost and high quality products to our clients.

My thoughts on what makes a good program manager
A good program manager has to be able to manage both the clients needs and its company's goals. this by making sure that production is in time and with the desired quality. to do this the manager has to make sure that the working conditions and the facility are in optimum conditions so that production and quality can be achieved.

One of my favorite quotes
There is no crisis that can defeat 18 hours of work a day.
