Their responses are listed below in the order of importance.

1. Increase the ability to identify new customers / new business.

2. Improve how we market our services in industry.

3. Improve how we differentiate our company from competitors.

4. Work on encouraging customers to trust us.

5. Improve our ability to increase operating financial profits and margins.
