My thoughts on ...
What I think about low-cost manufacturing
Low Cost Manufacturing in and of itself is not as important as increasing value in the eyes of the customers/stakeholders. Reducing cost at the expense of quality or service is easily done but can cost one dearly in other areas.
My thoughts on what makes a good program manager
Leading a project means leading a team of people. Interpersonal skills, and most importantly the ability to really listen, is number one. Attention to detail is also key, but even more important is the ability to screen out the noise and focus on what's important. What's important isn't always found on the critical path.
