Marian Stetson-Rodriguez is president of Charis Intercultural Training Corporation, a global leadership development and intercultural communication consulting firm with 25 consultants in 11 countries who deliver training for companies such as Intel, Siemens, Sony and others.
Marian has consulted to companies with international acquisitions and international start-ups, growing and downsizing international operations, managing a culturally-diverse workforce, building sales and managing distribution to customers overseas, and managing global teams in over 20 countries. She is an active adjunct faculty member at Santa Clara Univeristy, where she is a founding member of the Global Women's Leadership Network through Leavey School of Business, and an instructor in the Graduate School of Engineering for 'Building Global Teams'.
Marian's passions include travel and languages, she is fluent in Spanish and English, and conversant in French and Italian. With her Venezuelan husband, Ruben, she is raising three bilingual children.
