What I think about low-cost manufacturing

Low cost manufacturing is being able drive the total cost of ownership competitively with other regions relative to the location of the market. Hence to attain that, it is imperative to develop the back to back supply chain and therefore one of the strategic decision or if not, the most important decision is, location , location and location.
