Jess is a leading site selection consultant assisting companies in the construction, expansion, and/or consolidation of operations nationally. Jess began his career with The Staubach Company in Dallas, TX and joined ProVenture’s Corporate Services Group in May of 2010 as the leader of its Incentives Practice. He has successfully negotiated and secured over $2 billion in economic incentives on behalf of various clients since 2006 alone including his involvement in the site selection of Volkswagen’s Chattanooga manufacturing plant. He joined ProVenture’s Strategic Consulting group after five years with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Advisory Services group in Dallas, TX where his primary focus was on location incentives analysis, negotiation and ongoing implementation.
Jess is a member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties and is a licensed real estate professional in Tennessee and Texas.
He is a graduate of The Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and holds dual BA degrees in Finance and International Business.
