My thoughts on ...
What I think about Foxconn
Hon Hai is one of the giants in electronic component manufacturers. In spite of the controversies of their unfriendly working environment, they're still moving forward. However, no-one is stable against too many controversies, even if he's a giant. I will vote for Foxconn if they care more about their employees and treat them better. I'm looking forward to hear more good news about their behaviors to their workers.

My thoughts on what makes a good program manager
I think A good program manager needs to be excellent in planning skills and team-work ability. The more he understands and connects well with his team and makes good plans of timing, work divisions, scope aiming,...the more effective his program would be.

A book I recommend to others or am currently reading
I like the book that reflects the interesting part of culture differences, especially business culture. I've been reading "The Asian Mind Game" by Chin Ning Chu, and "CHAOS" by James Cleick.

One of my favorite quotes
"Everything has its cost"

Some of the countries I have visited for work or play
I've joined some business trips with my Directors to China and Thailand. I might say that even though we share some same culture values being Asian, but each of my trip was a real experience and I enjoyed my every moment there.

A helpful travel tip I often use
Prepare yourself to be flexible to new foods, weather conditions, and especially culture values. That's it. Be prepared and be flexible!
