What I think about low-cost manufacturing
I think when a company is looking to outsource they ought to look from TCO and not to look for the low cost manufacturer but rather one that can provide most value at the lowest cost, not just as straight cost but from point of view of quality, fit and scalability and overall service package that is being offered.
My thoughts on what makes a good program manager
Program managers that do ‘everything’ may be efficient. However, an effective program manager does the ‘right’ things. (If the program manager is not doing what is important…it does not matter how efficient the program manager is)
