I am Bernardo Mendez Lugo, Mexican Diplomat, former Professor at Mexico City Metropolitan University, now posted at the Mexican Embassy in San Salvador in charge of Business promotion and Press Issues (speaker of the Embassy) with previous postings in Montreal (1992), Atlanta (1996-2001), San Francisco (2001-2006) and Tucson (2006-2009), since August 2009 in San Salvador with many regional links in Central America including Panama.
