What I think about some of the emerging EMS markets or regions
Emerging EMS markets or regions are not on the same PAR as western EMS. They still still rely on lower or non existing environmental compliance to provide a competitive advantage in pricing.
What I think about low-cost manufacturing
Low-cost manufacturing is a fact that is not going away anytime soon. The low cost advantage is due to lower labor cost, lower material cost due to local manufacturing and lower compliance requirements in waste treatment and emissions.
My thoughts on what makes a good program manager
A good program manager is an individual that can position well between the customer and the manufacturing organization. The positioning comes from the ability to get good information and execute well based on the information on hand.
