We have more than 30k employee with >10% in R/D, engr. Tansition with new products
in MP4, servers and more won’t be problem.

Just another ODM trying to distance itself from commodity work with poor margins.
Their target to move non-PC work from 20% to 30% by ’12 is smart.

“Quanta is losing share at HP due to aggressive bidding by Hon Hai / Flextronics –
HP shipments are estimate flat, at best, compared to 6% notebook shipment growth.
However, Quanta is gaining share at Sony.”
