The Company Culture is its greatest Asset and gives it a unique long term competitive advantage that is not easily copied or bought with money.

There is a big mess in the company with all segments and the complexity of the organization. Eventually it will be out of control internally.

The Sorocaba facility in Brazil is one of the worst plants I have visited in my life. Poor organization, no idea of basic things like how much they have on stock etc. Only reason they exist is the high import taxes in Brazil due to Brazil government, but I’d use any other plant in Brazil before this one any day.
