Reading the article it almost suggests that point 9 is ultimate aim... 'Management Execution' that is those at the poor EMS companies, it is dreadful how they scratch a living isn't it? See all Questions

    Correct that including the other points in a supply agreement then allows you to manage the business through a standard business template.
    EMS providers still scratch out a profitable but low margin living based on PPV even though the strategies of these top industry providers continue to evolve and change to reduce reliance on PPV and grow margins.
