Thanks George, is there anything you can tell us about the work they did for you as far as process that will not give up any competitive advantages you may have gained. Also was their solution built on any of the existing platforms others have mentioned. I am finding that unless I am willing start from scratch none of these are plug and play.

We successfully implemented a semi-custom system provided by Growthpoint (www.growthpoint-inc.com) with 80% compliance and great lead-nurturing. The lead-nurturing became our most successful tactic.

Saleforce.com is easy to use and has many realted products from 3rd party vendors that integrate with it and link to lead generation systems. Zoho is also OK and free but not as user friendly. I have recently seen ads for crushpath.com which claims to focus in lead generation area – I have no experience here but looks interesting. Micosoft Dynamics and Prophet are on my bad list as I find them difficult to navigate and use.

Yes, you may want to get in touch with Designior.com. They have EMS experience and have implemented Salesforce CRM at clients’s sites. Salesforce can be customized for automated lead capturing and lead nurturing. It is a great CRM. Also, you may want to check out Zoho CRM as well. All the best.
