Job Nature:

  • Develop and implement global & regional commodity/ sourcing strategies for Electro-Mechanical, driving for highest quality supply assurance with the shortest lead time and at the lowest total cost
  • Facilitate the Sourcing Improvement Programs for Electro-Mechanical commodity at both Asia & Mexico independently and interface with all level of people internally and externally
  • Support the Strategic Sourcing Manager in HK office on driving the realization of global strategic sourcing strategies
  • Manage supplier base to achieve the business target through strategic supplier selection, price negotiation, new product/ sample development and localization. Structure negotiation plan periodically to achieve the company’s cost reduction target actively participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) team for identifying the best sourcing mix
  • Perform benchmarking and cost analysis in awareness of the market trend to preserve the right sourcing decision

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Management, Purchasing & Supply, Supply Chain Management / Engineering or related discipline
  • At least 8 years’ procurement / strategic sourcing experience in MNC with 3 years in supervisory level, preferably with EMS background and well-understand the EMS business model
  • With China working exposure and stationed in China plants before is a must
  • Extensive knowledge in Electro-Mechanical Commodity, proven track records in Mechanical/ electronic components / raw materials sourcing internationally
  • Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships with key suppliers
  • With ability to work with different level of people independently
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin
  • Office location: Shenzhen, China
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
