Qualified Candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree, EE/ME preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years management experience in two or more of the following disciplines in the electronics industry: QA, Process, Reliability, Failure Analysis and/or Component Engineering.
• Successful candidate will possess working knowledge of DFR, FMEA, reliability and accelerated test, silicon level failure analysis and production/field failure trends analysis and reporting.
• Component Engineering and/or SMT Process Engineering experience a major plus.
• Manage team of Failure Analysis and Reliability engineers including other technical and non-technical staff.
• Assist in development of Quality System strategies and implement resulting policies, procedures and processes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of production yields and product return trends providing technical root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Provide high-quality technical service support to Design, Sustaining and Application Engineering as well as Product Management internal customers.
• Some international travel required to support QA function deployment.
• Excellent communication skills, (written, and verbal)
• Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
