Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Venture’s global sites and R&D on Electro-Mechanical commodities
• Follow up and involve supplier on design, technology, quickturn and FA support for R&D and customers’ NPI projects
• Develop supplier profiles on technical capability, costs structure and technology roadmap
• Conduct vendor qualification and plant audits
• Provision of low cost alternatives to R&D and customers targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Electro-Mechanical component qualification or R&D electrical hardware design
• Good knowledge of Power Supply / Wire Harnass / LCD / Motor / PCB / other Electro-Mechanical parts
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is an added advantage
• Possess team spirit and excellent communication skills
