Michael Marks in EMS with outsourcing firm Riverwood Solutions

Michael Marks, former CEO with global EMS provider Flextronics, is an advisor to Riverwood Solutions.
Riverwood Solutions, an outsourcing consulting firm, was started by three former Flextronics executives.
Matthew Ryan is Riverwood Solutions' chief executive officer and founder, Ron Keith is chief operating officer and founder, and Nina Richardson is chief administrative officer and founder.
The focus of Riverwood Solutions is to help organizations develop, implement, and manage outsourcing of skill-based manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and operational support activities using what it refers to as a HOSTSM Model (Hybrid Outsourced Services Team) approach.
