Venture Outsource has been tasked to locate qualified candidates for the role of president for an EMS provider located in the Northeastern US with revenues between $50 million and $100 million and serving the military electronics; medical, industrial and transportation electronics end markets. The EMS president will be responsible for overall performance of all functional groups / operations for this low-debt / cash-positive and growing EMS provider.
The EMS president will be supported by a strong senior management team with good processes and procedures in place and a quality-certified / fully-registered 60,000 square foot facility providing new product introduction (NPI) services; prototyping and engineering design, SMT / flexible circuit assembly and PCBA, final systems test, conformal coating, box build, cable / harness plus, repair and upgrade services. The EMS provider is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a much larger, privately held group of companies. The president for EMS will report directly to the holding company president and CEO.
